Our task was to get them the opportunity to sit down with new and existing customers – to thank them for their business and stay top-of-mind for new shipping needs. We combined a customer appreciation promotion with a simple, but memorable call-to-action. We put it in the form of a direct marketing ‘postcard’ that delivered CFs core value propositions while delivering a little bit of client love.
